Policies
Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a $25 cancellation fee. Reschedule at no charge with at least 24 hours' notice.
Pricing is based on average vehicle condition. Excessive pet hair, bodily fluids, mold, sand, severe staining, or excessive dirt may require additional charges, which will be discussed before work begins.
Customers are encouraged to remove valuables and large personal belongings before service. We handle leftover belongings with care and respect, but MQClean is not responsible for lost or damaged personal items left in the vehicle.
Clients who drop off their vehicle are expected to do so and return around the expected finish time, or when prompted.
Vehicles serviced are photographed and filmed before and after for content and portfolio purposes, unless the client directly states otherwise.
